My family doctor is Dr Ali Filson now for about 1.5 years. I am very satisfied how she is looking after my general health. She is very efficient, will order tests and follow up when results are in. I have not found it difficult to get an appointment with her and never waited more than 45 minutes to be seen by her which I find acceptable. Front desk staff are friendly. I only wish , that there was a bit more room in the waiting room and examination rooms. Must feel very claustrophobic for a the doctor to have so little room. I have told Dr Ali that I hope, that she will stay my family doctor for a long time!

She is truly someone who cares about people and goes above and beyond in everything she does. She actually listens to your concerns and treats you like a person, not just a number. She is the most thorough Dr. I have ever had. I am 72, and have had a few doctors over my lifetime, but none compares to her dedication and compassion she shows to her patients. She takes her time, evaluates the situation, and schedules further appointments either by x-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans and even blood work, to help resolve your issue. Her knowledge and background are acceptional, and from the minute I walked into her office, I knew I was in good hands and was very lucky to have such a wonderful doctor looking after me, she is truly special and one of a kind, Her warmth and smile is very welcoming, which is exactly what one needs when going to the doctor, especially when at times, we have all felt scared and intimidated. Hello, I wanted to write and thank all of you for the great care I received yesterday. First I want to thank the nurse who gave me the appointment right away. I also want to thank Dr. Ali for her diagnosis and sending me to the hospital and giving me the letter which speeded things up at emergency for the tests they did. It ended up after the many tests that I have atrial fibrillation and they have prescribed a medication to slow my heart down and a blood clot medication. I felt well taken care of by your office.

The clinic is small. The front desk clerks are quite busy to talk to. The waiting area is so limited and crowded. The exam room is also very small. But I still want to give a four star. Here are the reasons. I was able to book my children in one day, back to back, with Dr. Ikechukwu for the enrollment meeting - save multiple trips. On that day, my 3 year old already had a fever for a few days. As an “experienced” mother, I was overlapping Tylenol and Advil, trying to get his fever under control. However, I noticed the fever got worse - he can’t rest well and was not eating and drinking. Dr. Ikechukwu felt my concern and decided to check his lung instead of just a simple enrollment meeting. He found my little one may have bacteria infection, possible early stage of pneumonia. He prescribed antibiotics and we got the medication right away at the pharmacy. With only two doses of antibiotics, my little one’s fever is gone! He is eating, drinking, and playing again! I was so lucky to have an appointment (which was scheduled 2 weeks before), and so lucky to have Dr. Ikechukwu be my family doctor. I just wish the clinic could be a bit more spacious. Thank you!

I was able to get an appointment here, they were able to help me after my last family doctor retired. My frustration lies with how they are so hard to reach on phone, and will promise to send a script by the end of the day, then getting that script will turn into a two week process.

My lifelong family doctor retired recently, and I feel so fortunate to have recently connected with Dr. Adejumo. In this time of fast paced life, I needed someone who will really listen to my health concerns and work with me on plans to address the issues. Dr. Adejumo takes the time to actually listen to the issue at hand, discusses possible solutions, and then provides additional relevant information required. Furthermore, his complex bloodwork rec's are unlike any other! He really dives into everything such as hormones, vitamins, etc. I am super confident that he makes his best effort to ensure that I am as healthy as I can be! On a personal note, being in early postpartum and dealing with a small health scare. Dr. Adejumo was extremely kind and comforting, I really appreciated his bedside manner during our interactions. I feel this really helped me personally. On top of that, he took the extra time out of his day to write a personal letter for the specialist referral so that they would take the issue seriously. It really felt that I had the support I needed during this time. I cannot thank him enough! Little shout out to the Physicians Assistant C - he was super lovely to speak with and it felt good knowing that there were many staff members on top of my health needs. The office recently moved locations, and even with the huge move and onboarding new staff, I feel that everyone is trying their best to have the business running smoothly! Reception staff now knows me by name, this is a service that is few and far between these days!
